How does the sizing work? Is it true to size?
Most pieces use XS–5X. The Full Support Bra uses traditional band + cup sizing and fits 34G through 46J specifically. Because the signature fabric is fit-flexible, size-down for a snugger smoothing fit (the Cami, Hipster, Hi-Waist Hug) or stay true-to-size for standard comfort. The V-Neck Lift Bra and Scoop run true to size with the fabric doing the adaptation work. Detailed size charts on each product page.
Will it really fit through body changes (PMS, pregnancy, post-partum, menopause)?
That's the core design brief. The signature knit is specifically engineered to expand and contract with you — not return to a fixed shape. Customers routinely report wearing the same bra through 1st trimester through post-partum. Exception: active nursing sometimes requires a dedicated nursing bra for clip access. For menopause hot flashes, the breathable knit handles the temperature swings the way a standard foam-cup bra cannot.
Does the Full Support Bra really fit 34G–46J?
Yes — that's the specific pattern engineering we do on that style. Very few brands extend past 42H, and when they do, the support system usually gets compromised. The Full Support was built as a dedicated full-figure pattern from scratch, not stretched from a C-cup pattern. It's the reason the brand exists for many of our full-figure customers.
No underwire — will I get enough support?
Yes, through a combination of wider straps, a soft-lift cup system (on the Scoop 2.0), and the fit-flexible fabric distributing load across the band rather than concentrating it on the underwire channel. Real talk: if you're accustomed to a stiffly-structured underwire, your first day in The Only Bra will feel looser. Most customers describe that as 'finally comfortable' within a week.
How does it compare to Knix, Skims, and Warner's?
Knix is the closest competitor — wire-free, inclusive, everyday-focused. Skims is shapewear-leaning and not extended-band. Warner's is legacy department-store positioning.
