Important: All approved refunds are subject to a deduction of payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees are charged by our payment processor (Stripe/Shopify Payments) and are non-recoverable by CURATED SENSE once a transaction is completed.

At Curated Sense, we work with trusted third-party vendors to fulfill and ship orders. Processing and shipping times may vary, and occasional delays can occur. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

If for any reason your order cannot be shipped or fulfilled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
