Who runs Curated Sense?
Curated Sense is operated by Curated Sense LLC, a Delaware-registered company. Our sole member is Omer Muneer Qazi. Our mailing address is 1111B S Governors Ave Ste 48405, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
Is Curated Sense a single brand or a marketplace?
Curated Sense is a curated marketplace. Curated Sense LLC is the seller and merchant of record on every order, but the actual products are made and shipped by approximately 150 independent brand partners we have vetted. Think of us as one storefront where you can shop across many small makers without having to discover and trust each one individually.
How do you choose which brands to carry?
We onboard brands through a vetting process that verifies (1) independent or small-business operation, (2) authentic original products (no counterfeits or unauthorized resale), (3) reliable fulfillment, and (4) willingness to meet our shipping and return service standards.
Orders & Payment
Who am I buying from when I place an order?
You are buying from Curated Sense LLC. Your payment is processed by Curated Sense LLC. The charge on your statement will show as "Curated Sense" or "CURATED SENSE LLC."
Why does my package come from a different sender?
Once your order is paid, we route it to the brand partner that makes or stocks that specific product. The brand ships directly to you on our behalf, which is faster and avoids extra warehouse handling. The return address on the package may show the brand's facility, but the order is still managed by Curated Sense LLC.
Can I order products from multiple brands in one order?
Yes. Multi-brand orders may arrive in separate packages from different brand partners. You will only be charged once by Curated Sense and you will not be charged separately by any brand partner.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most US domestic orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive in 5-10 business days from the order date. International orders take longer and are subject to customs processing. See our Shipping Info page for category-specific estimates.
Do you ship internationally?
Many of our brand partners ship internationally; some are US-only. Each product page shows the destinations available. International customers are responsible for any import duties charged on arrival.
How will I track my order?
When the brand partner ships your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier. Tracking is also visible in your Curated Sense account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items, measured from delivery date. Some categories (final-sale, intimate goods, personalized items) are non-returnable; this is clearly noted on the product page. See our full Refund Policy and Returns Info.
How do I start a return?
Email curatedsense@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will issue return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item back at the brand partner's facility. The refund will appear on the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full at our cost — you do not need to pay for return shipping when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How do I reach a real person?
Email curatedsense@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 business hours, Monday-Friday US Eastern Time. We do not use chatbots for support — every reply is from our team.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If the brand partner has not yet shipped, yes. Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
Are reviews real?
Yes. We do not publish fake reviews. Customer feedback shown on the site comes from verified purchases.
