Shipping Information

Curated Sense LLC (Delaware) coordinates shipping across approximately 150 brand partners. Below are honest, realistic delivery estimates by category and destination. Your tracking email will confirm the exact ship date.

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2-5 business days of order placement. Some made-to-order, embroidered, or personalized items take longer; this is noted on the product page.

Domestic (United States) Delivery Estimates

  • Beauty, skincare, fragrance, jewelry, small accessories: 5-8 business days total
  • Apparel, swimwear, intimates, footwear: 5-10 business days total
  • Home goods, bedding, larger items: 7-12 business days total
  • Made-to-order, embroidered, personalized: 14-21 business days total

International Delivery Estimates

Most brands ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union; some brand partners are US-only (noted on the product page). International estimates:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • UK / EU / Australia: 10-21 business days
  • Rest of world: 14-30 business days

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and brand-partner policy. Many US orders qualify for free shipping above a brand-set minimum (shown at checkout). International orders are charged the actual carrier rate.

Why Orders Arrive in Multiple Packages

If your order contains products from multiple brand partners, each brand ships its portion directly. You may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers, but you are only charged once by Curated Sense LLC.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number and carrier as soon as the brand partner hands off to the carrier. Tracking is also visible in your Curated Sense account at /account.

If Your Order Is Late or Missing

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the package is marked delivered but you do not have it, email curatedsense@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and the brand partner, and we will refund or reship at our cost if the package is confirmed lost.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately. If the brand partner has not yet shipped, we can update it. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
