Important: All approved refunds are subject to a deduction of payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees are charged by our payment processor (Stripe/Shopify Payments) and are non-recoverable by CURATED SENSE once a transaction is completed.
At Curated Sense, all products are fulfilled through trusted third-party vendors. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and ensure efficient order processing.
