Important: All approved refunds are subject to a deduction of payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees are charged by our payment processor (Stripe/Shopify Payments) and are non-recoverable by CURATED SENSE once a transaction is completed.

At Curated Sense, all products are fulfilled through trusted third-party vendors. Because of this, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and ensure efficient order processing.

Please review product descriptions, sizing details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing an order so we can assist you.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with the vendor to resolve the matter where possible.
