Returns & refunds — Curated Sense LLC

We aim for fair returns on unused items in original condition within about 30 days of delivery, subject to brand partner rules (some beauty/hygiene and intimate items may be final sale for safety).

Start a return by emailing curatedsense@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after the brand confirms receipt.

This policy replaces any legacy third-party boilerplate. Curated Sense LLC is merchant of record; brands ship.
