Our Business Model — How the Marketplace Works

Curated Sense operates as a curated marketplace. Every product on our site is sold by Curated Sense LLC as the merchant of record. When you place an order:

Curated Sense LLC processes the payment and is the seller on your statement.
The order is routed to the vetted brand partner who manufactures or stocks that product.
The brand partner ships the order directly to you under Curated Sense service standards.
Returns, refunds, and customer service are handled by Curated Sense LLC — not the brand partner.

This model lets us offer a wide selection of independent brand inventory without the warehousing markup, while keeping a single, trustworthy seller relationship with you.

Every brand on Curated Sense is reviewed before activation. We verify:

Independent or small-business operation with a real maker behind the products
Authentic product imagery (no stock-photo-only listings)
Accurate product titles, descriptions, and inventory data
Reliable fulfillment capability and shipping turnaround
Willingness to honor Curated Sense's return and quality standards
