Curated Sense LLC handles all returns and refunds directly. You do not need to contact the individual brand partner — we are your one point of contact.
30-Day Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare, beauty, and fragrance products
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear bottoms, underwear) once tags are removed
- Personalized, embroidered, or custom-made items
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Food, perishable, or single-use consumable goods
If a product cannot be returned, this is clearly noted on the product page before you order.
How to Start a Return
- Email curatedsense@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and (for US domestic orders) a prepaid return label.
- Pack the items in the original packaging with tags attached, attach the label, and drop off at the carrier indicated.
- Once the brand partner receives and inspects the return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- US domestic returns: A flat $7.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Free returns are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is processed within 3-5 business days. The actual posting to your card or bank statement may take an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Email curatedsense@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
- We will either replace the item at our cost or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. You will not pay for return shipping in these cases.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a size or variant, return the original item (using the process above) and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the replacement to you and avoids stock conflicts across brand partners.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order:
- Before the brand partner has shipped: email us immediately and we can cancel and refund in full.
- After the order has shipped: you cannot cancel; please use the standard return process after delivery.
