Important: All approved refunds are subject to a deduction of payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees are charged by our payment processor (Stripe/Shopify Payments) and are non-recoverable by CURATED SENSE once a transaction is completed.

All products are fulfilled through third-party vendors. As a result, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Shipping times may vary and delays can occur due to processing, vendor fulfillment, or carrier issues. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or is confirmed as lost before delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Curated Sense is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party vendors or shipping carriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving fulfillment-related concerns.
