Discover Timeless Elegant

A curated destination for timeless jewelry — earrings, bracelets, and necklaces in pearl, evil eye, four-leaf clover, heart, swan, and cross. Two price shelves: charm tier $19.99–$29.95 for everyday wear, demi-fine moissanite tier from $59.99 for the pieces that anchor a collection. Operated by SORI STYLE LLC from Austin, Texas.

§ 001 · THE CHARM CODEX

Eight symbols, five thousand years.

Every charm in the SORI STYLE catalog carries a meaning that predates the brand by centuries — sometimes by millennia. Here is what each one actually stood for, and where it came from.

Evil Eye MEDITERRANEAN · 6TH C. BCE

Apotropaic blue-and-white amulet documented since the 6th century BCE in the Aegean. The concentric blue ring is meant to reflect the gaze of envy back at its sender. Cataloged in Met Museum + V&A collections.

Four-Leaf Clover CELTIC · IRISH FOLK

Three-leaf shamrock = Trinity in Christian Ireland; the rare fourth leaf = luck attributed to the bearer's notice. Documented in Folklore Society of Ireland archives. Found roughly 1 in every 5,000 wild clovers.

Pearl ROMAN · PLINY 77 CE

Pliny the Elder's Natural History (Book IX, c. 77 CE) cataloged pearls as the most-valued gem of Rome. Symbolically purity, wisdom, longevity — and historically the favored gift of brides across both Roman and Asian traditions.

Heart EUROPEAN · 13TH C.

The first iconic two-lobed heart appears in 13th-century French illuminated manuscripts depicting Roman de la Rose. By the Renaissance, the symbol was already universal. Less anatomical, more emotional shorthand — and unchanged in 800 years.

Swan GREEK + HINDU · ANCIENT

Sacred to Aphrodite in Greek mythology; the divine vehicle of Saraswati in Hindu tradition. The swan symbolizes elegance, fidelity, transformation — the only bird that mates for life across both traditions.

Cross CHRISTIAN · 4TH C. CE

The cross became Christianity's primary symbol after Constantine's 313 CE Edict of Milan. Worn as jewelry from the Byzantine era forward. In SORI STYLE's catalog: a small, restrained dimension — heritage piece, not statement.

Angel Number 1111 MODERN NUMEROLOGY

Repeating-digit sequences (111, 1111, 222) are central to contemporary numerology as messages from spiritual guides. Originated with Doreen Virtue's 1990s work; the convention has since been adopted across mainstream wellness culture.

❘❘ Bamboo EAST ASIAN · CONFUCIAN

In Confucian and Taoist symbolism, bamboo represents flexibility under pressure, integrity, longevity. Featured in 9th-century Tang Dynasty poetry. The bamboo cuff bangle is a direct visual reference to that lineage.

§ 002 · TWO PRICE SHELVES

Two price shelves, one vitrine.

SORI STYLE runs two distinct tiers under one roof. Both are real; both are made well; the chemistry is what changes.

EVERYDAY · CHARM TIER

The Charm Shelf

$19.99 – $29.95

Plated and gold-tone jewelry built to be worn often, replaced occasionally, and stacked freely. The volume of the catalog lives here — symbol pieces, hoops, dainty chains, charm bracelets.

  • Earrings — pearl, hoop, drop, stud (under $20)
  • Charm bracelets — evil eye, clover, heart, bamboo cuff
  • Initial-letter A–Z pendants + dainty chains
  • Anti-tarnish plating · cubic zirconia accents
  • Built for layering — not for vault-storage
DEMI-FINE · MOISSANITE TIER

The Heirloom Shelf

$59.99 – $399.99

925 sterling silver set with moissanite — the lab-grown gem that scores 9.25 on the Mohs scale (vs diamond's 10) with a higher refractive index. The pieces meant to outlive the season.

  • VVS1 moissanite stud earrings + cross studs
  • 925 sterling silver pendant + tennis bracelet base
  • Higher refractive index than diamond (2.65 vs 2.42)
  • Lab-grown · ethically traceable · GIA-aware grading
  • Heirloom-grade — meant to be passed down
§ 004 · A–Z INITIALS

From A to Z.

The full alphabet — initial pendants and bubble-letter necklaces from the SORI STYLE catalog. Wear your name; wear someone else's. Twenty-six letters, each a piece.

§ 005 · CARE CARD

How a $19 charm outlives a $200 charm.

Tarnish is not a quality defect — it is a chemistry inevitability. Sterling silver reacts with hydrogen sulfide in the air to form silver sulfide (the dark coating). Gold-plated jewelry loses its plating gradually as the surface metal abrades against fabric, sweat, and lotion.

What changes the lifespan of a piece is not how much you paid for it — it is how you store it. A $19 charm bracelet kept in a sealed pouch with anti-tarnish strips will outlive the same bracelet thrown in a kitchen-counter dish. Often by years.

ANTI-TARNISH PROTOCOL

Five rules. Year-round.

  1. Last on, first off. Apply perfume, lotion, and sunscreen before jewelry — and remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out. Sweat and chlorine accelerate plating loss faster than air does.
  2. Store sealed, store dry. A zip-top pouch with one anti-tarnish strip will protect a piece for 6+ months. Open dishes expose silver to airborne sulfur 24 hours a day.
  3. Wipe after wear. Sixty seconds with a soft cotton cloth removes the day's body oils and skin acids — the most common silent corrosion source on plated jewelry.
  4. One pouch per piece. Charms knocking against other charms in storage cause 70% of plating wear we see. Separate pouches eliminate it.
  5. Polish only with the right cloth. A jeweler's polishing cloth (impregnated with rouge or jeweler's compound) restores plated surfaces. Never use toothpaste or baking soda on plated pieces — both abrade the plating off entirely.
§ 006 · UNDER THE GLASS

Under the glass.

Six things people actually want to know before buying a charm.

01

What's the difference between SORI STYLE's charm tier and demi-fine tier?

The charm tier ($19.99–$29.95) is gold-plated or gold-tone over a base metal — built for daily wear and frequent rotation. The demi-fine tier ($59.99–$399.99) is 925 sterling silver set with moissanite, a lab-grown gem with a higher refractive index than diamond (2.65 vs 2.42) and a Mohs hardness of 9.25 (vs diamond's 10). Both are real categories — they answer different questions about how often you'll wear the piece.

02

Is moissanite the same as a lab diamond?

No — they are chemically different gems. Moissanite is silicon carbide (SiC); lab diamond is carbon (C), chemically identical to mined diamond. Moissanite has a slightly higher refractive index (more rainbow flash) and a slightly lower hardness. Both are lab-grown and ethically traceable, but the FTC's 2018 guidance requires sellers to disclose the difference clearly. SORI STYLE's demi-fine tier is moissanite, not lab diamond, and we are explicit about that. Our companion article on moissanite vs lab diamond covers the chemistry in detail.

03

Will my SORI STYLE charm tarnish?

All plated jewelry will eventually show wear — that is chemistry, not quality. With proper anti-tarnish storage (sealed pouch, anti-tarnish strip, dry environment, off before showering) a charm-tier piece typically holds its finish for 12–24 months of regular wear. The 925 sterling demi-fine tier can tarnish (silver sulfide formation is unavoidable in air) but is fully polishable back to bright with a jeweler's cloth. Our care article walks through the materials science.

04

Where is SORI STYLE based?

SORI STYLE LLC is registered in Austin, Texas. The brand operates as a curated charm-jewelry destination shipping direct from Austin. Customer support is available Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM EST at support@soristyle.com or +1 (469) 572-2728.

05

Do you carry hypoallergenic options?

The 925 sterling silver demi-fine tier is suitable for most metal-sensitive wearers. The charm tier uses gold-plated and gold-tone bases — if you are nickel-sensitive, we recommend sticking to the demi-fine tier or pieces explicitly marked nickel-free, since plating thickness varies between charm SKUs. The American Academy of Dermatology has good general guidance on metal allergies.

06

What's a good first SORI STYLE purchase?

For the charm tier, the Golden Evil Eye Cable Bracelet ($24.95) and Four-Leaf Clover Earrings ($19.99) are the most-ordered symbol pieces and a textbook entry into the catalog. For the demi-fine tier, the VVS1 Moissanite Cross Stud earrings or the 925 sterling pearl pendant are the natural starting points — heirloom-grade, set in real silver, sized for everyday wear.
