Uchi-Komi Band

This band has the standard rice grain cotton on both ends much like the sleeve of the gi, joined by an elastic rubber band. Designed for judo training exercises to mimic the draw of the kimono of the opponent.

This elastic band is excellent for performing countless exercises and uchikomis while providing the tori with distance and resistance to not only strengthen grip but arms, shoulders and core. 

This band is especially good for youth and beginners that need to master the movements and rotation without the backward resistance.
