This openwork rhombus is chock-full of detail without being over-the-top. The 14 gauge industrial earring is made with a 1 1/2" durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbell with 5mm ball ends. It features the rhombus charm, which has four small blue faux opals at the corners and a large one at the center to give the piece a truly cohesive feel. And it can be slid up and down the barbell to get exactly the look you're after. You could even remove it if you wanted to....but why would you want to?
