Dog gear that says something specific.
Dog parenthood is a personality. The dog's breed, the rescue story, the trainer-life, the dog-mom identity, the inside-jokes between owner and dog — all of it shows up in the gear. Most mass-market pet brands flatten this into generic merchandise (the rhinestone "Princess" collar, the bone-print dog tag, the "Best Dog Mom Ever" mug). Rewarding Rover takes the opposite path: niche-specific, pop-culture-coded, hand-embroidered gear made for the dog parent who wants their gear to actually mean something.

Why hand-embroidered matters
Mass-produced dog gear uses screen-printed graphics or stamped foil. Both fade within 1-2 years of regular wear + wash cycles. Hand-embroidered gear has the design stitched into the fabric — the thread is the design, not a layer applied on top. Properly cared for, embroidered gear lasts 5-10+ years. The thread also has visible texture that screen-print can't match — the depth + tactile quality reads as craft rather than templated merchandise. Rewarding Rover's embroidery is hand-set rather than machine-mass-produced, which means each piece has slight variations in thread density + finish that signal the maker's direct involvement.
